While contacting first time with the companies, we suggest you to write a short e-mail stating your intention and attach to this e-mail two important documents about yourself. These documents are a cover letter and a CV.
You may find examples for these documents below. However, don’t limit yourself with these documents and search on internet for a variety of examples for them.
After receiving a positive answer from the company that you have applied, you will ask them to send an acceptance letter which is supposed to be attached in your Erasmus Application file. If your company does not have a template, you may send acceptance letter sample in your later correspondances to give them an idea.
Cover Letter (Letter of Intent)
Europass CV Template: Europass CV is the widely accepted CV template through Europe. However, you may also use other CV formats while corresponding with the companies.
Acceptance Letter: should be on letterhead stationery and signed and stamped by the representative of the company / organization / institution.
