Erasmus Student Placement Applications for 2012 Summer Term
For the 2012 summer term Erasmus student placements, application form should be prepared, printed and submitted to your Erasmus Deparment Coordinator by attaching all obligatory documents below till the deadline.

English Proficiency Exam: 24.02.2012, Time:15:00, Place : C111-112-113-114
Documents:(All documents are obligatory and any missing document may cause refusal of your application.)
1. Application form – available at: http://applyerasmus.yasar.edu.tr . In order to fill the form, you should register and get a password by the “new user” section on the page.
2. Letter of Acceptance from the Host Institution (should be signed and stamped by the host institution-company, scan copy is acceptable)
3. Transcript (Unofficial Grade Summary from the website of Student Affairs is acceptable)
5.Language proficiency test score (if exists-the students who don’t have a valid language test should attend language exam following the end of application process. The date of language exam is 24th of February,2012- C111, C112, C113, C114)
